our chicken tonight box was too spicy and the box came soggy, the brownie was amazing but the ice cream was melted one arrived, when drinking the first sip of the shakes it tasted great but then began to taste very sour very quickly wasnt that great of an experience to be honest

Food was good but instructions weren't followed for the smash bite burger, we asked for a plain burger- it would be nice if we are able to select/remove toppings when ordering.

Onion rings and chips taste like fish really off putting, assuming theyve been cooked in same frier as fish disappointing usually really nice food burger not as good as usual either ordered for pick up and wasnt made aware of a time to collect online until got a phone call saying food was already ready

Always hot food when delivered. Chips are never soggy or over cooked. The smash burgers are my favourite have had various items from the menu. All delicious. The desserts are spot on. Always the best service too.

First Order Was AMAZING Second Order wasnt as good phones up the next day and got some absoloute 20/10 professional customer servace sent me a whole new order for free and was absoloutly unreal ordered again last night and again smashed it out the park best burger house on the wirral????????????????
