We order from here often and the food has always been good but the last few orders have had missing items and on this order we had ordered veg samosas on the lid it said veg. I bit the samosa and it was chicken. I am a strict vegetarian and i was upset. I called curry lounge and the guy i spoke to was very apologetic said the order got mixed up. He offered to send the right samosa but i was put off so he said he would send with our next order and also give us a discount. Well i called today and they denied all knowledge said they would send the samosa free but no discount. The samosa is not free we paid for veg samosa on last order and they never delivered any the chicken got thrown away. We are longstanding customers and are very very dissapointed. I didnt leave a bad review at the time as the man i spoke to was really apologetic and at least was going to sort something out for our next order but this never happened.
