Late delivery, lamb rogan josh that had no flavour, KP byriani with non fresh (bad smell) prawns which were cooked until rubbery, the whole dish was dry and lacked flavour. Pretty bad really. Also not answering the phone when called, I tried 4 times through the evening, engaged constantly.

Item missing from order. Called immediately and was not told they were too busy to come back and would not refund. Only thing they could offer was to "remind them to take it off next time" as if there would be a next time.

lovely food but we didn't get our nan bread. we absolutely love your food but we've had problems the last 3 orders, once the food arrived an hour early, once the order was forgotten so arrived an hour late and then this time missing nan bread
